About me

Ea Nitsche Holm

Originally from Denmark, I moved to Hong Kong in 2010 after living in New York, London, and Munich. This has allowed me to be a part of and adapt to various cultures and lifestyles. I am a proud mother and take a great interest in parenting, family and nurturing all the relationships in my life.

Within Unstuck Counselling sessions, I aim to create an empathetic, supportive, and safe environment for my clients to feel seen, heard and understood. Through a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I strive to help my clients let go of limiting patterns, making sure they have the tools to show up authentically in the world and make choices that serve them best.

My journey into counselling began with my work as a Rolfer, a form of postural manual bodywork. Through my Rolfing sessions I learned about my clients’ life stories and daily challenges and I recognized that many physical issues are linked to their psycho-emotional well-being. This insight highlighted the impact of having a compassionate and curious witness to our human experience and I found that the conversations I had with my clients facilitated positive change. This lead me to explore the human mind and emotions further by completing a Masters degree in counselling and establishing my counselling practice, Unstuck Counselling.

I view the health of our human relationships as essential for emotional and psychological healing. Building a positive therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is a cornerstone in my practice. As a result I not only bring my professional knowledge and counselling techniques to my sessions, but also my authentic self to form a genuine and caring connection to ensure a safe and empathetic space where healing and growth can truly flourish.
