Individual counselling

Sometimes we find ourselves in difficult situations where we feel stuck and recognize that something needs to change. Having someone really listen to and witness your story can create the space needed to reflect, explore different options and collaborate to create solutions with your best interest at heart. Individual counselling works at your own pace to promote self-awareness, resilience, personal growth and emotional well-being. Evidence-based therapeutic techniques are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

Couples counselling

Navigating the intricacies of a relationship can be difficult. Getting stuck in unhelpful couples dynamic can be hurtful and lead to serious damage of the relationship. Couples counselling can enhance communication, foster understanding of each other's viewpoints, provide practical tools for conflict resolution, increase respect and affection and ultimately strengthen trust, intimacy and the shared bond within your relationship.

90 minute sessions are recommended for couples counselling.

Online counselling

I offer sessions online or in person. Online counselling offers flexibility for people living abroad or who travel frequently, as well as for people who have tight schedules that limit travel time. Sessions can be done by zoom or WhatsApp video call.

15 minute complimentary call

Research has shown that one of the most important factors for successful therapy is the working alliance between counsellor and client. Feeling heard, accepted and respected is vital for the ability to trust, feel safe and open up. Personal connection and the feeling of comfort cannot be forced which means which is why not every counselor will suit every individual. To help us determine if we’re a good fit, I offer a complimentary 15-minute call.

60 Minute session: 1300 HKD

75 Minute session: 1500 HKD

Package of 10 x 60 minute sessions: 11000 HKD

Package of 10 x 75 minute sessions: 13000 HKD

Package of 10 x 90 minute sessions: 15000 HKD

Package of 5 x 60 minute sessions: 6000 HKD

Package of 5 x 75 minute sessions: 7000 HKD

Package of 5 x 90 minute sessions: 8000 HKD

* Should you or I decide to terminate the counselling relationship during the duration of a package, the already finished sessions will be added up using the single session price and the remainder of the package will be refunded.
